Goals for 2015

A lot of these goals are from 2014 which are copies from 2013,

Races

  • Half Marathon Under 2 hours 15 mintes
  • Seahawk 12k Under 1 hour 15 minutes

Performance

  • Bench My Weight
  • Curl 50 lbs 10 times (per arm)
  • Four Plus under 40 minutes
  • 1 lap under 10 minutes
  • 1 mile on treadmill under 9 minutes
  • Achieve a fitbit badge three times a week.

Body Stuff

  • Weight < 245 (just being realistic)
  • Loose 38 jeans (stretch reach goal of 36) and fit where they don’t fall.
  • Cholesterol Total Under 200 of which LDL is under 135
  • When I lift my arms up, my belly doesn’t pop out.


Others

  • Write a book
  • Six Videos
  • Take time out once a week to bring myself at peace.
  • Organize my projects (office, server room, workbench area)
  • Simplify Network
