Getting Past The Wall

Plateau, wall, hump, whatever you call it, I’m there.  I think this is the first hump this season.  Seems like I am not improving, I know I am based on my time, but just feel it.

Ran a two lap this morning, I didn’t think I had it in me to crack 25 minutes

Time: 24:55.00

I did hit the gym this evening and was able to interval runs up to 6MPH, I will have to trim more off my time and sustain the speed if I am to crack 2 hours.  At this point I doubt I will crack two hours but there is hope I will crack last year’s time.

Another promising thing is that I am getting faster.  If I can only breath!!! I think my time would improve dramatically.

This is holy week and I am switching my schedule because of things we got planned.

Today, Wednesday and Thursday will be normal workouts with the  exception that I will not eat Thursday 9PM to Sat after my workout and 5AM.

Friday will be light gym workout with no morning 2 lap.  Saturday will try to do a 2 lap before breakfast and weigh in.
