Burnout

Word describes me right now… I pushed it pretty hard these past 7 days, I ran the 12k Sunday, a good 5k Monday, my two plus on Tuesday and Friday Morning.

Today I was supposed to run Lake Washington with my team but I just could not make it.  I woke up at 5:30, but it was raining, went back to bed and my body just quit, it needed sleep bad.

Anyway I did finally get up around 10 and started my run at about 11:45, I was going to do 2 four plus but could only get up to do one.

Time: 50:26

Before I ran it I weighed in at 253.0, when I got back I weighed in at 250.4.  I really really wanted to crack 250 so I went back out and ran a two plus.  I didn’t think I had that much gas left

Time: 27:16.29

Still bad, but under 30 minutes.  But I did make weight.  FINALLY CRACKED IT.  I know its water but I cracked it.
