First 10 minutes

Today is a rest day and all I had to do was run a lap and walk a lap.  It was raining and I bus’d it to work so all I switched it and ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes with a 5 minute cool down.

I noticed that after 10 minutes of running the dread was gone, I felt like maybe I should just do a full workout instead.

Anyway, point is that after 10 minutes of working out, you are commited

Weighed in after work at 252.2, incredible but that was an afternoon weighin
