Its that time again for new shoes. I am excited with this new set I have, I do not recall the a last time I had a pair of Nike Shoes.
Anyway, I also tried a new store (new for me) called Road Runner

They were really attentive and nice. Patient too. But they did get busy and there is risk you will be waiting in a line.
Also picked up my packet for the run tomorrow. Am excited.
I did the Lake Washington run again today, just one way so I can save my legs for the 12K tomorrow. Not bad time, I did not have my watch but my phone’s clock said I did the one way trip int 38 minutes.
