I am cycling off some of my supplements. I need to give my body a 4 week rest before I resume again. Which is OK, I will be pushing endurance during the next month.
Today was a decent workout, I am thinking of tweaking my workout schedule, maybe, depends how I feel.
What I did not do was work out in the morning, I needed the sleep cause I had a hard time sleeping.
Tomorrow I will need to get up to go and run in the morning, got a pretty busy weekend scheduled.
