Tried to run a Two Lap this morning, once again, during the first lap, mother nature told my body its time to lighten itself.
So I had to slow down a little and cut my two lap to a one lap

At least I had a good gym workout, though I think I stressed my neck doing the camel pose right after some chest workout. I think I was too tight and not prepared to stretch like that.
