My legs really coming back, ran a two lap this morning and felt like my legs could go

First lap was about 12:56 so the second lap should have been low 12’s.
Unfortunately, the reality is that my chest did not, as big as my chest is from benching and what not, I can’t seem to suck in enough air.
This evening I worked out with a gal/buddy I work with. I been feeling pretty old lately but she and another gal really made my week. One said I had nice skin complexion, and I have never heard that before, and another said I had boyish looks.
But the funny thing is nearly 90% of people I polled said I should cut my hair… too long.
Tomorrow got a run w/ relative, need to cut hair afterwards.
