Happy New Decade 2020’s
Another annual tradition, was by myself this year, there really was no sun break like there was last year. Sunrise was supposed to be at 7:56AM, stayed till 8:10AM
Frustrating year regarding weight loss and although my back was better at the beginning of the year, an injury set me back. Going to focus on getting my back right this first month, increasing my minimum workout to
- Cat and Camel
- Bird dogs
- Pushups
- Leg lifts
- Left Right
- Situps
Going to do this at least for the month. Hopefully by end of month my back will be strong enough again.
