Got a chance to run with a relative today, I was hoping he could run the whole way, but in a way I am glad he did not. I am still burnt out from yesterday’s really long run.
It is all about distance though even though I walked most of it, still was more than the usual 2 lap run + 2 lap walk I do on Sundays.
Weight is a little misleading, I just finished a shake, a lot of water, and some food so it is for sure below this weight.
