Trying to overcome this lazy feeling I have. For the most part I think I am successful but I think I need a little something more.
So on Sunday, I got to run with some relatives, I need to look back but I do not think I have run with others before (during training), so it may be a good thing.
I will try to get some good sleep the next two nights and see if that will help.
