Slept late last night, I am supposed to start two a days but got up late. Needed the sleep so I did not get up to go running.
But I did have a good evening workout, although I started working out at 6PM I did get out just shy of 8PM. I could have stayed longer but I had to eat dinner before 9PM.
One thing I am concerned about is that I did drink no xplode, a fat burner and some coffee during the day. I fear I will not be able to sleep right. It is 9PM as I write this and I don’t think my body is going to slow down.
I weighed in yesterday at 260.2 and I have about 10 weeks before I run the unofficial 14 miles. Even sooner is the Seahawks 12k which after today’s workout I feel I got a good chance of being ready.
In order to crack 240 before my 14 miles I need to burn 1000 calories a day above my consumption. If I stick to a 2000 calorie diet and burn 600 (about 6 miles running a day) I can make it.
I am not too worried about my weight today, it is after a consumed my cell mass and shake. Also it is my evening weight.
