I really need to start keeping track of my weight. I fear looking at it the scale cause I know I am bloated.
I feel like if I can just limit my intake I will go down quickly. My lent goals is helping out, but I need to really kick up the workout.
I will use this last weekend as a rest and then ratchet up my workout. I have 11 weeks before I have to run my first 14k
So technically my training was supposed to start last week.
All is not lost though, I can push my first run to the first week of June and still call it a success.
Burned 600 calories in the gym, but I gonna have to hit quadruple digits if I am going to make weight.
