OK, today is Fat Tuesday and that means we are at the start of Lent.
Last year was pretty challenging in that I actually gave up meat (air breathers) for Lent.
This time around I am giving up 3 things
Let’s see how that goes.
Also as a side note, I am cutting down on sweets, like chocolate, ice cream, cookies. I am not cutting it out completely though.
Went to the gym today, I had a hard time breathing but I was able to burn 500 calories.
Was tough though. Real training starts next week, by the time Easter is here, I will have should be in good running form. The Seahawks 12k is during Lent as well.
