Today at physical therapy they decided to increase the difficulty of my workout.
First off, they took my off the stationary bike and got my on the elliptical. It forced me hold up more of my body and unlike running it kept my body form correct.
Next they increased the reps, so instead of 2 sets of 15 I been doing two sets of 20 for a lot of exercises.
Finally the introduced two new exercises, one where I stand on a step thing and tilt my hips and another side plan extensions. They both kicked my butt.
