Took a step back in my fitness progress.
I had a horrible run today

Could not get it going, I was tired, in pain too, but mostly tired.
After I ran, I did a few errands, but I was exhausted and did not finish all of my tasks.
I went home and immediately crashed.
Not sure if this is Keto flu, hunger, or just plain exhaustion.
