I do not recall the last time I was this light.
I know my last half marathon, prior to the new scale, I was over 280. Sep 2 of 2016 I was weighing in at 299.0 couple months after Rock and Roll.
So I know I can run a half marathon at this weight.
Also in 2013 I did weigh in at 284.o after the half marathon and my time then was 3:11:52 a pace of 14:39 mile.
Which amazes me, because of what I weighed in today. I can continue to lose weight, but cracking 260 seems to be the right time when I should start to transition to performance rather than weight loss and at this rate, it looks like early November is when I will reach it.
