Recording Workout Performance

I am starting to record my performance better.

Still using my trusted old watch to record my run.

Today I did a 2 mile Cedar River Run in the morning.

Time: 46:07

Not as bad as I expected but a lot of room for improvement.

After my morning run went to go shopping, too tired to take pics, but I purchased couple of shoes, kind of going back to new balance.

Weight wasn’t bad

Weight: 276.4
