Mid summer and I am finally on some sort of regular workout schedule and I like it.
- Sunday – Rest
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – choose two of those days to walk Cedar River, easy workout the third day.
- Thursday – Swim
- Friday – Gym
- Saturday – Long workout
Weighed in today and am pretty happy, cracking the 290 barrier was not a fluke.
I think the greatest motivator is being so focused.
