Wow, not sure if I am at full ketosis yet but my weight is certainly starting to drop.
Weird that if I don’t eat, I don’t want to eat, but I know I do, so when I eat, suddenly I am hungry.
Just two meals today, lots of water. I can see why people lose weight on this diet.
Also now that I am used to it it is getting easier.
For my workout today went to the YMCA again.
Got my laptop going, have a good backup am posting from it right now. I did dual boot it with another Windows 10 VHD, just bitlocker’d the OS drive, and also the 2TB disk came in today, fits great. I thought bluetooth was not on this machine, it is. But the docking station does not support USB3, and it has a thing where the USB3 which is in the back with another USB2 port gets disabled.
