OK, I know most of this is water weight, but still feels great considering June 13 I was 303.0 lbs.
Couple things about this keto diet
- Everyone is different, some get in to Ketosis in 1 day others in 3 weeks.
- Lots conflicting information on the Internet.
- Because of #1 and #2 I am lost and just need to do my thing.
- The two things I can measure is weight and my keytones which I will try to get today.
Did go on 2 mile Cedar River today, untimed but I did go. I don’t think I mentioned in my blog that I was there Monday and Tuesday
I am feeling weak and want to barf, is this the dreaded Keto Flu?
Finally tried to get 315Mhz to work at home, something is not right. I think it has to do with the pulse duration. It is interesting seeing it on SDR software and the signal in audacity
