Ketosis is the Goal

Starting this new diet, trying it for 2 months.

The goal is to get in to a state of ketosis where all your glycogen stores are used up.

Got to admit, theory sounds easy but practice is hard.

First off, fruits apparently has a lot of sugar in them, so those are off limits.

Then the cravings were there during the day, I really wanted some sort of carbs or sugar.

Coffee was OK as long as it was not sweetened (at least I could add milk)

The great thing is I could eat steak with my mushrooms and onions.

One day down 50 more to go.  Should level off once I get to Ketosis.
