Finally got off my butt and went around Renton Tech. Untimed and the dog was with me, but at least I went.
So weighed in, kind of bummed, but this is the starting point.
Lets do the math
I want to be 280 by end of summer, so I will have to lose 22lbs. For the sake of math, lets divide that by 12 weeks, so that is 22/12 or 1.83lbs a week, round up to 2lbs a week. Totally doable.
That is a 1000 calorie deficit a day based on 280lbs, my BMR is 2400. So I need to stay at a 2000 calorie diet and burn another 600 calories. a 4 mile walk would do that.
