After being off like this a few days, I need to find my rythym again. My schedule has been thrown off. I am so used to doing things at a certain time.
I will try to go to bed early today and see if my body will wake itself up on time. Also I have stopped taking pain meds. Still hurts a little though.
My wife says my breath smells like blood. I hope its nothing serious.
Was able to sneak in a few pushups and situps.
