Last good workout for a while

I sure glad I had a good workout today.  I will be out for at least a week.  I will try to sneak in some pushups and situps.

Ran a Four Plus today, with the help of lady luck giving me some well timed traffic lights, I was able to crack 50 minutes for the first time this year.

My weight is not bad either.  But with this layoff in training, I will have to crank it up to meet my end of Feb deadline of 250.
