Ran a four plus, I remember summer of last year, my pace was so much better.

So there will be improvement that I need to do, but I just feel sad that I have lapsed to a slower pace.
Also I wish this weight would go down faster.
From today I got 21 Weeks before the half marathon, Official Marathon training does not happen for me till 15 or 16 weeks out (around mid March) and I need to be under 250 so my knees can take the punishment. I do forewarn that there is will be a setback. More later this next week. But I need to step up my weight loss. I have lost 8 lbs so far this year and at that rate I will make it. If When I crack 230, I should in really good shape and the 1/2 marathon will be easier to do. There is the Seahawks 12k (little less then 7.4 miles) on April 10th I signed up for. I hope to run that at a 10min mile pace. But if I am going to crack 2 hours for the Marathon, I need to run that at a 9min 10 sec pace or better. So I need to finish it in 1 hour 10 minutes.
