That time 8 years ago when I lost weight. I know one thing I had, good habits.
Going to try and get back to some of that. Holidays are behind me and birthdays don’t happen till March. So schedule is of little excuse.
This first week, I will run Tues, Thur, Sat.
Also I will try to sleep early.
