Working My Way Back

Each day I strive to make a step closer to my goals.  Today I extended my run by about a hundred yards.   Soon I will be running two laps as usual.

I also got some new shoes, hopefully they will help my feet and allow me to run normally again.

Tomorrow I am getting up early to catch the bus, this will require some walking which should be good.

Each day is a little bit, but I can deal with it.

On another note, yesterday I did not take me vitamins, and I really felt it last night, it seems that it fills some nutritional need in that I do not get hungry.  Basically when I take it I don’t snack and I am not tired during the day.
