Hit the gym today and it was a good workout, I burned more than 500 calories on the treadmill. Seems like I was not really heavily motivated though.
This worries me, these things tend to slow me down.
I do have a 3 day weekend and I will be interesting enough. I will try to do a four plus. I know I am absolutely out of shape so it will be a hard run. But I think I can at least do half and spend the remaining half walking.
That should begin to bring my weight down.
