Recall the other day I was pretty tired, today was the polar opposite, for some reason I was energized. I was able to bench 2 45lb plates per side and that totals 225lbs. That was after a 600 calories workout.
Recall couple days ago I was feeling sick, I got over it. I think 2 years ago, my cold would have completely knocked me out for a day or two and it would linger for two weeks. This time around it did slow me down and I still feel congested, but I feel strong.
Its great to be healthy.
