Lent 2017

Well it is Lent, one thing I did last night after my post was reflect.

I wonder where that drive went, I know I burnt out and went downhill.

But how do I stop it, and how to I get back up the hill.

I did run on the treadmill today, at least I went 1/2 a mile at 3.5MPH

Need to get to 5MPH for 2 hours.

I got a long way to go.
