Happy New Year, time to build up

Aaaahhh.

Fresh start time, it is good.  If you don’t count the calories I consumed before I want to bed this morning then I am under 2000 calories. I nice chunk of that was a slice of cheese cake.  Now that I am watching calories again, I will be careful with my intake.

I ran a mile and walked a mile.  It was a struggle, but I did it.

Also I have decided to stop drinking, no more booze till after the 1/2 marathon.

Let’s start off with the bad news, my measurements and weight.  These numbers are high compared to my old measurements.

The good news it is doable to beat.  And I am pretty excited with the possibilities.

Weight is high, but again, I am optimistic.  Shoot it is just day 1 of the year and I got 25 weeks.
