So here it is, my 7th Rock and Roll Half Marathon, and success is in doubt.
Not sure I can finish, but I will sure try. Today I will figure out if I am mentally and physically tough.
Sleeping at a little past 8PM (I would say I was in bed at 8:15) really helped.
Got up at 3AM on my own, even when wearing the CPAP.
I am feeling groggy, but I blame the ambien. Some coffee with cream and plain bread is all what I will have. Not counting water.
Will start moving at 4AM, and out of the house at 5AM.
