Last Gym Workout of the year

I hit the gym today and I was thinking about my upcoming routine, then I thought about my schedule and it dawned on me that this was my last gym workout for 2010.

Tomorrow will be a busy day for my which will likely end early, and we are off Friday and Monday.  Then I work from home for 3 days then have Friday off.

It is interesting.

Anyway, here are my initial thoughts for the gym workout

  • Sunday 4 mile run
  • Monday 5k
  • Tuesday Light Workout
  • Wednesday Gym
  • Thursday Gym
  • Friday Gym
  • Saturday 4 mile run

There are others things I worked out and have in draft form in my head.  I will commit them to web before end of year.
