Normally Wednesdays are a 1000 calorie workout day.
Today I did burn 500 but had some pretty good strength training.
Buddy Nate pointed out a chart in the gym that showed what to work on for the same day.
Still need to diet and lose weight though. I was able to run a mile on the treadmill in under 10 minutes. My capabilities are coming more into focus each day
