One of the problems with the ESP-01 is mounting it on a breadboard, another is programming it, and finally getting 3.3V power to it when most of your power is 5V.
I think I solved all 3.
I had this programmer for a while now, it works well.
But I just got a surprise today with that mount you see on the top.
An ESP-01 mounts on it. It has 10 holes for the ESP-01, but the bottom two are not used.
Although I had to solder my own pins, it was breadboard friendly.
It also could convert a 5Vin to 3V so it solved that problem as well.
This pins with the triangle are for serial communications.
It is an extremely nice widget to have. I will start stocking these.
And the really cool thing is it fits on a mini breadboard with room to spare.
