Doing an early post. So I can get stuff done at night.
Anyway, I feel so slow. Always a long road back to get into shape.
I did hit the treadmill today, but last night I did not go to bed early. I need to force myself to bed.
On treadmill I did manage to squeak in 5 laps (1.25 miles) in 20 minutes.
Accounting starts today.
