Got the ESP8266 and other components working on a breadboard.
Looks pretty clean, I will adjust a few things though.
As a followup from yesterday’s post regarding the FTDI I got it working again, the trick was to prevent auto updates on the drivers and use an older driver.
But to fix it, I had to rewrite some .inf driver files and use it to get it working, then use a utility to reflash the unit.
Just doing pushups and situps.
