I got to admit, getting all the badges in fitbit is a nice motivator.

The reason why today’s numbers were so high was because I did my first two-a-day today. I ran on the treadmill (it was a struggle) and later today did a 5k.
Now the 5k was not a speed thing, it was to establish a floor where I am not entirely walking the whole thing and have a time minimum of 1 hour 10 minutes.

I think critical to my performance is weight, I think for every 10 lbs I lose I will cut my mile by a minute.
