Need to start weighing in again

Today was a long workday again.  Been cranking them hours.

But I did workout at the end of the day.  It wasn’t an aggressive workout like I used to do, but a good workout nonetheless.  Burned 500 calories between the treadmill and bike.

Then hit the weights.

I did weigh in when I got home.  Pretty disappointed but I need to see how far I have fallen
