In June 2009 it took me 9 days to make it to my first mile.
5 and 1/2 years later, I started from scratch and it took me 14 days.
Also I am 15 lbs heavier.
To top it off, I have 1/2 the amount of months to get in shape.
That is one steep climb to get back into running shape.
I have started eating more healthy though, or better to say not as bad.
