Signed up for the Seahawk 12k in April.
This time I am going to train and train diligently for the Seahawk 12k.
Two of my kids are joining my this time around but one of them will do the 5k version.
I did hit the gym today, on the treadmill I was clocking a 14 minute mile, not great, but better than 15 minutes. Progress is progress.
Weight look good too. Had a salad for lunch.
