Struggling with getting back into rythm

I did a 1000 calorie workout today and it was tough, but I have seen some tough days before.  What made today interesting was the emotional drop I have had after running the 1/2 marathon.

Finishing a huge milestone like this Saturday’s run has left me with a weird feeling, I have had this feeling before.

After I graduated from high school, I was thinking wow what next.  Same here, I am thinking what next.  How do I dig myself out of this rut?  In a way, I should rest the whole week, maybe I am so emotionally drained that I am burned out.  So the rest would be more psychological rather than physical.

I do have forward to looking at a simple workout day tomorrow.  Maybe that is what I need, I also need to plan my next move.
