FINALLY
Although it was not the usual long workout, I did get a gym workout today. Also went back on supplements to see if I can kickstart my body.
The two gyms I work out at has these big mirrors, I was both depressed and motivated when looking at the myself.
Amazing what 3 weeks of stress, off schedule and bad eating can do. Let’s see if I can undo the mess before Christmas.
I do want crack 210 by the next daylight saving switchover in fall 2011.
