Spread Out Day

This is the kind of day that has a pace that was weird.

For one thing I went to bed late, about 2AM then woke up to the puppy barking wanting to go out at about 8AM.

Then at 12 I took the our dog for his first vet visit.

Got some stuff at the store then took the kids to become mall rats for a couple of hours.  Drive was brutal because of the holiday shoppers.

Got home at 3 and slept more then got up and did stuff around the house.

Picked the kids up at 7:30 and now headed out for the night.

Lots of rest, weird pace.

In between though I did do some testing and got my mail server going.  Taking forever to download email though, I should just stop and archive the old mail as a folder rather than an inbox.

Just doing pushups and situps.  Gout making a comeback though, hope to get meds by then.

    I’m checking out your website while working on a Raspberry Pi project. Thanks for all the help!

    I noticed you’re doing lots of pushups and situps, but have you considered substituting situps for planks? Just food for thought, but there seems to be a consensus that planks are more effective than situps. Since I made the switch, I start my workouts with a 2 minute plank, and it’s a good burn! It’s also much easier on the spine, which allows me to do more workouts 🙂

      Hi Luke, yeah I have to admit, doing pushups and situps is synonymous with I did really work out. It wasn’t always like this, I will look into planks though, thanks. Hoping a new year will change my sedentary lifestyle.
