Yesterday I went to Acme Bowl to watch the first NFL game of the season with some coworkers.
It was really fun, but I did drink about 4 drinks and had some bad food.
Today I am paying the price, tried to run today and was struggling.
I switched to interval training and seemed to accomplish what I had to.
It was the 5k plus run but untimed.
Still close in weight though, just need to reburn some of the bad stuff.
