Back on the treadmill today, I tried really tried but it is going to be a long road to get back in to shape.
Here is how bad it is, I could not run 5 laps in 20 minutes, I am supposed to be doing at least 8 and to meet my goals 9 in 20 minutes. That is over 6.5MPH.
Good news is I did get it to 5MPH.
