Not Bad For Little Sleep

Last night I didn’t sleep well, but I did have an appointment with the sleep doctor today, and she said to keep using the ambien and ween myself off.

Today and tomorrow I will do a full ambien, Friday I will do a half and Saturday and Sunday I will try Melatonin.

I did run a timed three plus, hope to improve on my time, but this is just a baseline.  Did better then I thought, and that means I set the bar higher.  Still, I didn’t sleep well, I hope to do better with good sleep.
