Failed in getting my 1000 calories

Today is normally my 1000 cal workout.  I was able to get 800.  I tried to get on the treadmill but my leg started cramping.  It is my fault, I failed to hydrate during the day.  Also I missed lunch.

Still really busy at work, I was up till 4AM, got a 2 hour nap then went off to work.  Been tough.

Interesting number for a weigh in.
