Another Lent Season, looks like I will be giving up on late night snacking.
Also want to add a few things for the next few weeks
- Will weigh myself daily.
- Smaller portion sizes
- Use fitbit daily
- Starting tomorrow, back to my fitness pal.
So tired today, although I did hit some decent stair climbing.
Need new shoes though, that is starting to be really clear.
